Rapid digitalization is affecting all aspects of life including the way we interact, work, shop and receive services, as well as how value is created and exchanged. Due to COVID-19, we have faced an unplanned speedy transaction to the digital economy and it has become an inseparable part of our businesses across sectors.

As a policy advocate for the private sector, AmCham's ICT and Digital Economy Committee shall take a lead in the discussion around the following ideas but not limited to:

• How new technologies are emerging in different sectors?
• How have policy and regulations been responding to those data and their use in Mongolia?
• What policy framework and support can be given to nurturing new sectors as well as encouraging direct investment flows to the country by handling domestic and cross-border data flow soundly?
• What are the key strengths and scalable sectors for Mongolia when it comes to Information Technology?
• How do businesses conduct and adopt innovations and technologies? Any successful transition in key sectors such as Mining, Agriculture, and Construction?
• How do we create nurturing ecosystem for tech industry growth?
